2. What the Warranty Covers

3. What Is Not Normally Covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic aging or reasonable variation in handmade materials.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, impact, accident or misuse.
• Damage caused by modification, disassembly, rewiring or unauthorized repair.
• Damage related to an incompatible vehicle configuration where inaccurate vehicle information was supplied.
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals, improper cleaners, prolonged moisture or improper care.

4. Warranty Claim

Email riscarbon@gmail.com with your order number, vehicle details, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. Additional information may be requested before a claim can be evaluated.

5. Remedy

Where a warranty claim is approved, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, parts replacement or another legally appropriate resolution. The exact remedy depends on the issue and applicable consumer law.

6. Vehicle and Installation Disclaimer

A warranty on the purchased part does not replace the need for correct vehicle compatibility and safe installation. Safety-sensitive systems such as airbags and steering controls should be handled appropriately.
