1. Online Store Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, compatibility information, images and pricing accurately. Carbon weave, leather grain, stitching and handmade finishes may show reasonable variation between individual pieces.

3. Vehicle Fitment

Fitment depends on the exact vehicle model, model year, trim, steering-wheel configuration and selected options. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. When compatibility is uncertain, contact us before ordering.

4. Custom Orders

Custom products are produced according to the specifications confirmed for your order. Review all vehicle details, materials, stitching, trim, center stripe, paddle-shifter and other selected options before approval.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store unless otherwise stated. Taxes, duties, import charges and shipping costs may be applied according to the checkout, destination and applicable law.

6. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, product unavailability, compliance concerns or inability to verify required custom specifications. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the original payment method.

7. Installation and Vehicle Safety

Automotive components should be installed correctly and safely. Airbag, steering, electrical, heating, driver-assistance and control systems are safety-sensitive. Professional installation is recommended where appropriate. Do not use or install a product where compatibility or safe installation is uncertain.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, store content, product photography, branding, graphics and written materials are owned by or licensed to RISCARBON and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use store content unlawfully.

10. Limitation and Applicable Law

Any limitation of liability, disclaimer or governing-law language should be configured to comply with the laws applicable to your business and customers. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
