Shipping Policy

RISCARBON is positioned for worldwide delivery. This page should be finalized with the actual processing times, carriers and destination rules used by the business.

1. Order Processing

Processing time depends on whether the product is in stock or made to order. Customized steering wheels require production before shipment, and timing can vary by configuration and current workload.

2. Shipping Destinations

Shipping availability depends on destination, product type, carrier service and local restrictions. Enter the countries or regions currently supported by your store before publishing.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds and available delivery methods should be shown at checkout or according to the current store promotion. If the homepage states a free worldwide shipping threshold, keep this policy consistent with that amount.

4. Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number or tracking link will be sent after the shipment is handed to the carrier. Tracking events can take time to appear after dispatch.

5. Transit Time

Estimated transit time depends on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, local delivery conditions, peak seasons and other events outside reasonable control.

6. Duties, Taxes and Import Charges

Clarify whether duties and import taxes are prepaid or payable by the recipient for each shipping method used by the store. Customers should not be promised DDP unless the selected logistics service actually includes duties and taxes.

7. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact riscarbon@gmail.com with your order number, tracking number and supporting photos where applicable.

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately when necessary. If this is part of your normal operation, retain this section; otherwise remove it.
